the location was fantastic, directly on the beach with easy access to the ocean. i liked that there were multiple pools to choose from.. this gave a nice variety to the swimming experience. the room itself was very comfy and tidy, with daily housekeeping that kept everything tidy.

I found that the breakfast options, while adequate, could have been more varied. A bit more choice would have been appreciated.

the facilities included three swimming pools, each with plenty of loungers and bean bags. the dining area overlooked the beach, a very relaxing experience. live music was offered on some nights, a nice addition to the evenings.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay!

The location is beachfront. It provides amazing sunsets with live music. It is easy to walk to nice cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is near restaurants and a mini market so that was super convenient! We loved all the sun loungers by the pool and beach. Plus, the view of Mount Agung is beautiful.

The location had a fantastic beach area. The hotel provided an upgrade, resulting in a lovely Ocean view suite. Three-tiered swimming pools offered sufficient space.

Towels were changed, but soap and shampoo were not replenished daily.
